How much does Shipping Cost?
We charge standard flat freight per category per item. Below is the shipping cost per item in each category.
Bluetooth - AUS$9.95          
Digital Camcorders - AUS$19.95
Digital Cameras - AUS$19.95
Mobile Phones - AUS$19.95
MP3 Players - AUS$9.95     
 
How long does shipping take?
All merchandise ships within 2-5 business days from date of order. Depending on the item, shipping may take up to 2 - 5 working days for delivery of merchandise. In some rare circumstances, delivery may take 10 working days.
 
Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia. We do not stock any products here in Australia to avoid doubling handling the items. This allows us to reduce costs which we then pass down to our customers.
 
Will I need to pay Duty/Tax?
Ozbazaar.com is not responsible for any duty/tax or customs fees incurred. This is the responsibilty of the buyer.
For Australian Customers, Duty/Tax will be charged if the total value of purchased item is greater than $1,000. 
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Ozbazaar.com only delivers to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada 
 
Why are your prices so cheap?
Our products are low-priced because, unlike retail stores, we have eliminated all overheads and integrated an efficient delivery system.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods
 1) PayPal
 2) Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer (this can be done via Internet Banking or over the counter at any branch). Please note when making a direct deposit into our bank account the deposit usually takes 1-3 working days to transfer into our bank account. We will immediately notify you once the deposit appears in our bank account. 
Please note that we are not responsible for any bank fees that may be incurred during a direct deposit purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover all bank fees incurred during direct deposit payments.
 
Is it secure to use my credit card to make payment?
Ozbazaar.com uses highly regarded payment gateway such as PayPal to accept payment, a minimum security of 128 Bits SSL will be used when entering your credit card information from the payment gateway servers.
Ozbazaar.com does not collect your account information and credit card information when you shop with us.

Do you provide a tracking number for shipping?
We provide all orders with a tracking number so you are able to keep track of your shipment
 
How often do you ship?
We ship daily apart from Saturday and Sunday.
 
 
Do your products come with 12 months warranty?
Yes. All of our products come with 12 months warranty.
 
 
Who honours the warranty?
Ozbazaar.com honors the warranty. In the event of a fault we should be contacted immediately with a clear description of the matter and provide us with your purchase order. We will then request for the item to be sent back to us for repairs if the item malfunctioned during regular usage and is still under the 12 months warranty. Please note that warranty does not cover the following:-
 
  • Wear and tear
  • Water Damage
  • Negligence of any kind
  • Viruses caused blue tooth or other devices
  • Keypads
  • Battery Charger
  • USB Cables
  • Display Screens
  • Hands Free
  • Batteries
  • Antennas
  • Camera Lenses
  • Mobile phones that lock during the uploading or upgrading of software

Please note the repair process by ozbazaar.com may take up to 14 business days upon item received from the buyer. 

Are your Mobile Phones unlocked?
Yes. All of our mobile phones are unlocked and work on all Australian networks including Optus, Telstra and Vodafone. Some phones may not be compatible with Telstra's Next G work.The Optus Zoo feature may not be available. This feature is available on handsets purchased through Optus. It is the buyers responsibility to check whether the mobile phone they intend on purchasing is compatible with their network of choice.
Some mobile phone like the Nokia N95 do not have the maps and guidance system (GPS) that are compatible within Australia. The mobile phones will work perfectly when making/receiving calls and messaging. 

A refund will not be given if your mobile phone is not compatible with a certain network or if the maps and guidance system are not compatible within your region.

 
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No. You must provide us with a valid address. Items will not be delivered to any PO Box address.
 
Are all items brand new, not used or refurbished?
Yes, all items sold on ozbazaar.com are brand new in the box, not used or refurbished.
 
Are all items genuine?
Yes, all our items are genuine brand names(eg. Nokia, Motorola, Apple, Canon, Sony etc)  we do not sell fakes or replicas.
